Screentime!

Even though Filmulate is a creative rather than a curative fest, we totally appreciate there are many films out there that can fit our mold and might not get a chance to experience a live audience screening.

So we’ve teamed up with Nocturne Film Society to offer screening opportunities for all these great genre films looking for an audience.

Nocturne Film Society is a members-only cinema club. On select last Sundays throughout the year, Society members gather at the Murray Theater for exclusive mystery screenings. Showcasing the many subgenres of horror, such as apocalyptic, backwoods, body, cannibal, cosmic, experimental, folk, found footage, gore, gothic, holiday, home invasion, horror comedy, killer objects, monsters, psychological thriller, revenge, science fiction, slasher, social, supernatural, survival, and tech, every film is carefully curated and kept under wraps until showtime.

How does Screentime! work? - if you have a preproduced genre short that you’d like to submit for a showcase screening at either a Filmulate or a Nocturne screening, simply email a non password protected link to info@filmulate.com. If successful, your film will be showcase screened with a live audience before an upcoming show. See you in the movies!
